5.      Will or Testament: A will or testament is a legal document that outlines the distribution of a person's property after their death. It ensures the transfer of ownership rights according to the deceased person's wishes.

6.      Conveyance Deed: A conveyance deed is used to transfer ownership rights from a developer or builder to the individual buyers of units in a housing society or a group housing project.

7.      Exchange Deed: An exchange deed is executed when two parties mutually agree to exchange their properties. It establishes the simultaneous transfer of ownership rights between the two parties.

8.      Grant Certificate : A land grant certificate is a legal document issued by a government or authority that grants ownership or a specific right to a piece of land. Land grant certificates are typically issued for various purposes, such as agricultural, residential, commercial, or industrial use.

It is important to clarify that a partition deed does not establish or confer title over the property itself.
